A webhook answers 404The flow must be Active and Enable webhook trigger on; check the URL, method and environment.
A webhook answers 401 or 403The caller's secret, signature or API key; the key's access grants; Inbound Access IP rules; quota.
A webhook answers 429The key's per-minute rate limit, or the workspace is at its limit of runs waiting to start.
A schedule or poll does not fireFlow status Active; the cron expression and time zone; a poll's first check only sets the baseline.
A run stays WaitingThe run shows the reason: a task to complete in Tasks, an event to deliver, a Wait step, or its On-Prem Worker (offline, short of memory or disk, busy with other runs, the flow paused there, or no cluster member that can use its connections). See Run a flow on a Worker.
A run stays QueuedYour concurrency limit is reached; runs start as others finish.
"Variable not found: price"In expressions write item.price, not price.
"Too many operations"A Rhai script does too much work at once; simplify it or split the job.
A mapped field is emptyOpen the previous step's output in the run and compare the exact field path (case matters). Check for schema drift banners.
A test connection fails from the cloudThe system may be reachable only in your network: test from an On-Prem Worker.
A promotion is rejectedCreate connections with the same names, and the variables the flow uses, in the target environment.
An email link to a task expiredLinks renew automatically while the task is open; the person can also request a fresh one on the expired page.
