Cleanup & Trash

Operate › Cleanup lists building blocks no flow uses: unused connections, custom integrations, forms, variables and data tables. Delete one, or Select this page and Delete selected. Each item is checked again just before deletion, and the result tells you how many were deleted and kept.

Deleting always checks where an item is used first. If nothing uses it, it moves to Trash; if something does, you see the list and must change those first (or, where allowed, Delete anyway). Trash is opened from each list (Workflows, Forms, Apps, AI Agents, Connections, Custom Integrations, Projects, Transform Modules, Data Models) and Restore brings an item back unchanged. Data tables are the exception: their deletion is permanent.
