Export a flow
On Workflows, use Export on the flow's row to download a signed flow file. Credentials, connection secrets and webhook secrets are never included; connections travel as names only.
Import a flow
Click Import on Workflows and choose the file. The import checks the file's signature, looks for embedded secrets or suspicious content, and matches each connection by name in your environment; create any that are missing, then open the flow and test it. Importing a flow that was exported from this workspace again updates the original flow instead of creating a copy.
Forms, apps and custom integrations have their own Export and Import actions on their lists. Templates and Marketplace installs work the same way.
