Capabilities

Everything Neblex CPQ can do

Seven capabilities on one platform. The rules that shape a configuration also drive its price, its bill of materials, its documents, and the approvals it needs, so nothing is re-entered and nothing drifts.

How they fit together

The product configurator decides what a rep can sell and what it is made of. Pricing rules and price lists decide what it costs and what it earns. Quoting and approvals decide who signs off and when. Documents and e-signature turn the quote into something a customer can accept. 3D visualization shows the configured product while it is being configured. Deal intelligence and sales operations tell leadership which quotes will close and who gets credit. The headless API lets every one of these run inside your own systems.

They are not separate modules with separate rules. A pricing rule reads the same selections the configurator validated, the document merges the same line items the approval workflow gated, and every step lands in one audit log.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to use all of them?

No. Most teams start with the configurator and pricing, add documents and approvals when quotes leave the building, and turn on 3D or deal intelligence later. Everything is on the same platform, so adding a capability is configuration, not a project.

Where does the CRM fit?

Neblex CPQ is headless: every operation is an API call and every change lands in an event feed your systems can read. Pair it with Neblex Integration Fabric and the CRM and ERP connectors already exist. See the CPQ integrations section for worked examples.
