The Data retention card on the Workspace page shows how long each kind of data is kept on your plan:

| Record data of successful runs | Removed when the run finishes, unless the flow keeps it for replay (up to your plan's cap) |
| Record data of failed runs | A number of hours, so you can inspect and retry |
| Step history and run history | A number of days |
| Security audit trail | A number of days |
| Monthly usage totals | For the life of the account |
Runs on an On-Prem Worker keep their record data on your Worker; the workspace shows the step receipts. Deleted items stay in Trash until retention removes them. For a legal hold or to have your workspace's data erased, contact your account team.
