Neblex is a small team of software engineers and finance and operations people who spent years buying, implementing, and living with enterprise quoting and integration software. We built the two products we always wished someone would sell us.
Two problems we kept meeting
In every company we worked in, the same two things went wrong, and the same two kinds of software promised to fix them.
Quoting that matched the product
Configurable products were sold from spreadsheets because the quoting tool could not model them, or from CPQ suites so heavy that a rule change took a change request and a consultant. Discounts went out that nobody approved. Margin was discovered at month end. We wanted a quoting product where the configuration logic, the pricing, the approvals, and the document are one system that a product manager can change on a Tuesday afternoon.
Integrations you can trust on Monday morning
Every integration platform we ran could move a record from A to B. None could tell us, six weeks later, exactly which run wrote a wrong value, why, and how to replay it. Connectors cost extra, approvals lived in email, and the AI features were bolted on outside the audit trail. We wanted one platform where workflows, people, and agents run on the same connectors under the same record.

Software should show its work
A quote that cannot explain its price and a sync that cannot say what it changed are both liabilities. Every quote, every run, and every decision in Neblex is recorded, and a failed run replays from the step that failed instead of from the beginning.
Complexity belongs in the product, not in your team
Your products are complicated. Your pricing has exceptions. Your systems disagree with each other. That is normal, and the tool should absorb it. If a platform needs a consulting bench to configure, the platform has failed.
Price like you mean it
The price is on the website. Every connector in Integration Fabric is included on every plan. There is no per-connector fee, no surprise renewal, and no discount that only appears when you threaten to leave.
Small on purpose
When you talk to Neblex you talk to the people who build it. There is no handoff from sales to onboarding to support, and no ticket queue between you and an engineer who can actually change something.

- If Neblex cannot do something, we say so and tell you what it would take. The feature pages describe what ships today, not a roadmap dressed up as a product.
- Your data stays yours
- Neblex CPQ models, rules, and price lists export and import as files. Both products expose APIs, so nothing you build is trapped inside Neblex.
