My profile

Open your avatar and choose My Profile:

• Profile: avatar color, name, email (a change is confirmed by a link to the new address) and language.
• Out of office: Away until, Task capacity (most open tasks assigned to you at once; 0 = unlimited) and a note. While away you receive no task emails and are skipped by automatic assignment. I'm back ends it.
• Password: change it (this signs out your other sessions).
• Two-Factor Authentication: scan the QR code with an authenticator app, confirm a code and store the recovery codes. Disabling needs a current code.
• Passkeys: add a passkey for fast, phishing-resistant sign-in with your device, or remove one.
• Active Sessions: see your devices, Revoke one, or Sign out everywhere else.
