Neblex CPQ, connected to the systems you already run
Neblex CPQ is headless, so every quote, customer, and configuration is reachable through its API and event feed. Neblex Integration Fabric supplies the connector on the other side. These pages show one worked flow per system, with the mapping it starts from.
How a CPQ integration is put together
Three parts, all of them standard. Neblex CPQ exposes every operation through its API and records every meaningful change in a pull-based event feed with explicit acknowledgment, so nothing is lost if the other side is down. Neblex Integration Fabric provides the connector for the CRM, ERP, or accounting system, including the change triggers or polling that watch it. A flow in between maps the fields, applies your rules, pauses for a person when a decision needs one, and writes back the result, with every run inspectable step by step.
Because both products are Neblex, the CPQ side of every flow uses a scoped service account with per-module permissions, and the Fabric side uses a connection you own. Neither product holds a credential for the other beyond what the flow needs.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need Integration Fabric to integrate CPQ?
No. The CPQ API and event feed are open to any integration layer, and the specification is browsable inside the product. Integration Fabric is the ready-made option: the connectors exist, the flows are visual, and the audit trail is shared.
Which direction does data move?
Whichever way the flow is built. The common pattern is opportunity or customer data in from the CRM, quote and configuration data out to the ERP or accounting system, and status back to the CRM. Each page shows the directions its worked flow uses.
