When to use it
- People need to request, register or report something, with or without an account.
- You want validated input without building a web page.
- Only invited people, or holders of an expiring link, should be able to submit.
Reach for something else when
Wait for formWhen a flow that is already running needs a person to review or approve.WebhookWhen the data comes from another system.
Example
A new-hire request form starts a flow that creates the user account and tells the IT team in Slack.
How it works
Pick the Form (a draft form shows a warning; publish it for the trigger to work), check the Output sample, and choose Who can submit: Anyone with the link, Capability link only (signed, expiring links), or Named people only (a list of emails). Inbound access rules apply as for webhooks. See Forms.
