A business rule is broken and the run must fail with a clear reason.

Assert Data QualityWhen you are checking data against several rules.

Example

When a refund exceeds the original payment, stop with "Refund larger than payment".

How it works

Settings: Error message.
Note: Always fails the run, whatever its On error setting.

Add it to a flow

Open the flow from Build › Workflows.
Open Nodes and find Error under Logic, or search for it. Click it or drag it onto the canvas.
Drag from the previous step's output handle to its input, then open its settings with ✎ Edit.
Run the flow and click the step to see the records it received and produced.
