How it works
- Settings
- Form; Output sample; Notify these people; Priority; Due in (minutes); Timeout (minutes) (0 waits forever); Escalation flow; Assign automatically (No - shared pool, Round robin, Least busy); Who may work this (emails); Required skills; Different person must decide.
- Output
- The submitted form data (the incoming records pre-fill the form). A decision button adds
_outcome; a timeout outputs{"_outcome": "timeout", "_timeout": true}.
Add it to a flow
- Open the flow from Build › Workflows.
- Open Nodes and find Wait for form under Logic, or search for it. Click it or drag it onto the canvas.
- Drag from the previous step's output handle to its input, then open its settings with ✎ Edit.
- Run the flow and click the step to see the records it received and produced.
