Group into batches
Packs records into groups of a fixed size, so one call can carry many records.

When to use it
- A bulk API accepts many records per request.
- An API with call limits should be called fewer times.
Reach for something else when
SplitWhen you need the opposite: one record per list item.AggregateWhen everything belongs in exactly one record.
Example
Send 5,000 contacts to a marketing platform in batches of 100 instead of 5,000 separate calls.
How it works
- Settings
- Batch size [100]; Array field [
items]. - Output
- One record per batch:
{items: [...], batchIndex, batchCount}.
Add it to a flow
- Open the flow from Build › Workflows.
- Open Nodes and find Group into batches under Logic, or search for it. Click it or drag it onto the canvas.
- Drag from the previous step's output handle to its input, then open its settings with ✎ Edit.
- Run the flow and click the step to see the records it received and produced.
