Multi-Currency Quoting

Each quote carries its own currency with admin-managed exchange rates, price lists resolve in the right currency, and documents print localized.

The problem

Selling across borders with a single-currency quoting tool means conversions happen in spreadsheets, and prices drift between what was calculated and what was sent. Customers receive documents in the wrong currency or the wrong language. Nobody can say which exchange rate a given quote actually used.

How it works in Neblex CPQ

In Neblex CPQ, currency is a property of the quote. Each quote carries its own currency, and conversions use exchange rates that admins manage centrally, so every quote is priced against a rate your team set deliberately. There is no hidden feed changing numbers between draft and send.

Customer-specific price lists each carry their own currency and resolve by priority ranking, so a customer with euro pricing quotes in euros without manual conversion. The per-line price waterfall shows every adjustment on the way to net price.

Documents follow the customer: per-quote output settings control language, orientation, and which fields print, and the document library holds language variants with a translation service for localized output. UI, validation, documents, and emails are localized end to end in English and German. Request a demo to see quotes priced and printed in different currencies.

Common questions

Do exchange rates update automatically from a market feed?

No. Exchange rates are managed by admins, so the rate on any quote is one your team entered deliberately. Pricing stays reproducible and rate changes remain an explicit decision.

Which languages does the platform support?

UI, validation, documents, and emails are localized end to end in English and German. Per-quote output settings choose the document language, and the document library supports language variants with a translation service.

Can a quote use a currency different from the price list?

Each quote carries its own currency and each price list carries its own. Where they differ, conversion uses the admin-managed exchange rates, and the waterfall keeps the resulting numbers auditable.
